These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Keystone Storage website and the storage services we provide. By using our site, reserving a unit, or renting from us, you agree to these Terms. Your storage rental is also governed by the separate rental/lease agreement you sign at move-in, which controls in the event of any conflict.
A reservation requests that we hold a unit; it does not create a lease until a rental agreement is signed and any required payment is made. Prices, sizes, and availability shown on this site are estimates and may change; the rate and terms in your signed rental agreement govern.
You agree to use your unit lawfully and to store only permitted items. Hazardous, perishable, flammable, illegal, or living items are prohibited. You are responsible for insuring your stored property; we are not a warehouseman and do not take custody of your goods.
We use reasonable security measures, including gated access and video surveillance, but we do not guarantee against all loss or damage. Access hours and gate hours may change, and access may be limited for maintenance, weather, or nonpayment as described in your rental agreement.
Our website content is provided for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services and this website are provided without implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Keystone Storage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
